What does Crew do?
A team of AI agents prepares drafts (communication, sales, admin, monitoring). You review and approve; nothing is published without you.
How much does a task cost?
The credit cost is shown before you start. A counter shows what is left this month. Top-ups are available with an active subscription.
How do I cancel?
Apple subscription: iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Crew. Web subscription: "Manage subscription" link in the Stripe receipt, or write to us. Deleting the app does not cancel.
How do I get a refund?
Apple purchase: reportaproblem.apple.com. Web purchase: write to us; consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right (see Terms).
My web purchase does not show in the app.
Sign in with the same Apple account, then "Restore purchases" in Settings. Otherwise write to us with the receipt.
Where is my data? Is it used to train AI?
Hosted in the EU; AI runs in Paris via AWS. No, it is not used to train models. Details: privacy policy.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
Settings > Account > "Delete my account" / "Download my data". Remember to cancel your Apple subscription.
