Terms of use and sale

Last updated: 26 October 2026. These terms (Terms of Use and Terms of Sale) bind Gatherlab and anyone using the Crew by Mojitoh app or buying a subscription.

1. Publisher

Crew by Mojitoh is published by Gatherlab, a French SAS with share capital of €3,000, SIREN 908 326 739 (RCS Angers), VAT FR66908326739, registered office 22 rue de la Baraterie, 49000 Angers, France. Publication director: P.-A. Rivalan, president. Contact: [email protected]. Site host: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

2. The service

Crew by Mojitoh provides a team of AI agents that prepares drafts. Agents never publish or send anything for you: you approve. Content is AI-generated, may contain errors and must be reviewed; you remain responsible for how you use it. The service is for professional use by people aged 18 or over.

3. Account

Sign in with Apple or anonymous account. You are responsible for access to your account. You can delete it any time in Settings > Account.

4. Prohibited use

Sensitive data (health, opinions, minors' data), unlawful, hateful or deceptive content, impersonation, infringement of third-party rights, attempts to bypass quotas or security, resale without consent. We may suspend an account for serious breach.

5. Plans and prices (tax included)

App Store prices may vary by country and are shown before purchase. Subscriptions include a monthly volume of credits; each task shows its credit cost before it starts. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly period, except for the carry-over granted by your loyalty status (up to 2 months after one year); top-ups do not expire while the account exists. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.

6. Payment and renewal

App Store purchase: payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Web purchase: payment is processed by Stripe; the subscription renews automatically each term until cancelled. A web purchase unlocks the same rights in the app. We may change prices for future periods with reasonable notice; you can then cancel before it takes effect.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask for immediate performance and use credits or features in that period, you acknowledge losing the right for the part already performed, or owing a pro-rata amount for what was supplied, and, for digital content supplied immediately, losing the right once performance begins with your express prior consent. At web checkout, a checkbox collects this consent before any access to the service.

How to exercise it: Apple purchase, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple decides); web purchase, e-mail [email protected] with the address used. Refund within 14 days of receiving the request, to the same payment method.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund of the remainder (except withdrawal or legal obligation). Apple subscription: iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Crew. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Web subscription: "Manage subscription" link in the Stripe receipt or e-mail [email protected]; effective at term end. We may terminate or suspend for breach, with a pro-rata refund if we are at fault.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability without guaranteeing it (maintenance, reliance on AI and hosting providers). The service evolves: agents, features and quotas may change.

10. Intellectual property

The app, its characters, texts and code belong to Gatherlab. Your content remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to process it to provide the service. Subject to law and third-party rights, deliverables generated for you are yours; Gatherlab does not warrant their originality or protectability.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is" regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content. Gatherlab is not liable for decisions based on drafts or for indirect losses; to the extent permitted by law, liability is capped at amounts paid in the last 12 months. Nothing excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury, nor mandatory consumer rights.

13. Mediation and governing law

French law. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose name and contact details will be shown here before sales open, and keep the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence. Businesses: courts of Angers.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and apply to later renewals.
